Neil Dale BSc (Jnt Hons), F.Inst. SMM (Commercial Director)
Over 35 years experience in agriculture with a particular passion for dairy cow Nutrition.
His expertise in this sector is recognized across the UK with many leading herds using
his experience.

Alan Richmond (Operations Manager)
Alan has 20 years experience in the mineral/supplement industry. He studied for 3 years
(Pre-clinical) at Veterinary college, the course included Animal Nutrition and Animal husbandry.

Fiona Guthrie BSc Hons (Commercial Nutritionist)
An award-winning, 1st Class Honours Graduate in Animal Science, Fiona has farming in her
blood being born and bred on a farm.
Fiona has a particular interest in Fertility Management and Organic production and has
recently developed a new range of Organic Supplements branded "Natural Balance".
